DELIVERY AND RETURNS

FREE* DELIVERY

The minimum order to qualify for a carriage paid delivery to the UK mainland is £385.00 (NET INVOICE VALUE). Orders less than £385.00, will be subject to a carriage charge of £6.95 (UK mainland only).

Orders over £385.00 only in the UK.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Most orders placed before 2pm are delivered next working day (UK Mainland only). Orders can be delivered weekends or before 10.30am or noon the next day but this service is extra, please ask a member of the sales team when placing an order for details of these service rates.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

Bow and Arrow Equestrian offers nationwide delivery and same day dispatch if the order is placed before 2pm. The transport system relies on a mixture of couriers and our own transport so you can be confident of an efficient and reliable delivery.

RETURNS

Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading.
