TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE

Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our terms and conditions of sale.

RESERVATION OF ‘TITLE’ TO GOODS

The property in the goods shall not pass to any persons or companies until all monies owed to delivery of goods, title in none of the goods contained in such delivery shall pass to the customer until the final installment has been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against loss or damage. The customer will be entitled to sell the goods for and on behalf of the account of Bow and Arrow Equestrian and will retain all proceeds of such sales, in trust, for the company of Bow and Arrow Equestrian.

Bow and Arrow Equestrian shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice, and Bow and Arrow Equestrian and its employees or agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossession. We reserve the right to set off against any amount due from our company to you any amount owing from you to it.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS & PAYMENT DATES

Credit references will be required for those customers who require the facility of a credit account. Until acceptable credit references have been received, proforma invoices will be issued. Payment of all credit accounts becomes due, on the payment date, as stated on our invoices. Should payments not be received on the due date, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest.

PRICES, CARRIAGE & CREDIT NOTES

All goods are subject to VAT at the current rate, except where stated ‘0%’. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. The minimum order to qualify for a carriage-paid delivery to the UK mainland is £385.00 (NETT INVOICE VALUE). Orders less than £385.00 will be subject to a carriage charge of £6.95 (UK mainland only).

Goods will not be accepted for credit without prior agreement, in writing, with Bow and Arrow Equestrian, and until an official RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) has been raised by Bow and Arrow Equestrian. Unless the representative of Bow and Arrow Equestrian has official company authorization, they are unable to collect any such goods. All goods accepted for credit will be subject to individual manufacturer’s allowances if any, plus a 10% handling charge will be deducted. See the Returns Policy for full details.

UK RODENTICIDE STEWARDSHIP REGIME

Pack sizes of rodenticide 3kg and above or as amended will only be supplied to customers who have signed a ‘Supply chain compliance declaration.
